Make Your Listing Stand Out

The Wall Street Journal recently reported (Emily Peck, "In Real Estate, A Picture Is Worth $1,000 or More") that professional photography is a critical component to securing the best possible price for your listing. The vast majority of modern buyers are using the internet as a first step in their real estate search, and most of those buyers are equipped with high-resolution screens. Given these realities, serious real estate marketing demands a serious commitment to using professional images that show the home in its best possible light.

About Me

MY NAME IS Emilio Ferrara,

A local Flagstaff photographer and is the primary photographer/editor for the Heritage Media Network Flagstaff branch, as well as Heritage Media Network’s Chief Photo Editor.  His work on behalf of Heritage Media Network (HMN) is finely tuned by well over 200 photography and editing jobs since his start at HMN, and is therefore always timely and consistent in quality.

His professionalism and quality service is seasoned by his studies at Northern Arizona University, where he studies Photography, Psychology, and Music along with maintaining multiple business, hobby, and social ventures.  He is building his photography opportunities at every chance he gets - while at the same time operating Mile High Mixing (a remote audio mixing and mastering service), teaching Drumkit lessons at the local music store, and participating in a plethora of musical groups including university choirs, acapella groups and local bands.

Editing is Emilio’s specialty, and he his currently building a completely remote photography editing business (an inspired idea from a solo adventure he had to the island of Saint Martin in the Caribbean) so that he can achieve his career goal of being free to travel while still working in photography remotely.
